Located in the heart of the beautiful Sierra Fontanelles. It has a very easy access from the road and it is located next to a spring and a few kilometers from Biar, Alicante.
This beautiful 844 sqm farmhouse, completely renovated, currently operates as a Rural Hotel for 16 years. Preserving the original character, it maintains its structure of wooden beams, stone walls and alternates clay and platform floors, making it a cozy and functional space. The main building consists of a ground floor, first and second floor. On the ground floor, which is where the main entrance is located, we find the reception, the public toilets, the restaurant, the kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning oven, a large library room, which can be used as a dining room for events and a common room with a fireplace.
On the two upper floors there are 8 double attic rooms, each with its private bathroom. Two of them have a loft with another bed. In addition, on each floor there is a common living room and on the first floor there is a terrace with stunning views. We also find a space that is currently used as a home, with bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, which could be used to expand the number of rooms or common areas.
As for the outdoor area, we can enjoy a beautiful interior garden, from which we access the ninth room in a separate building. It is the largest of all, with a double bed and a bathroom on the ground floor and an attic with a sofa bed.
In addition, there is another two floors construction, which is about to be completed, which could be used as another independent apartment for guests.
A large outdoor garden of more than 7.000 sqm with different areas, all of them illuminated, surrounds the house at the back. There we find a wonderful pool and solarium area surrounded by pine trees and green areas.
