Picassent has a population of 20,000 people and is a popular residential area of Valencia due to its proximity to the city and the beautiful scenery and excellent communication links. There is a metro and public bus service in Picassent to Valencia and surrounding areas and the A7 motorway links this area to Valencia city which is 15 minutes away and all major motorways leading to Madrid, Barcelona and Alicante. Valencia airport is 20 minutes from this area.
