Located in the natural park of Sierra Espadán and 15 km from the beaches of the Costa de Azahar (Castellón), the Dalt Vila house is located in the historical center of Eslida and was built in 1888.
Of Arab origin and surrounded by mountains, Eslida stands out for its narrow and very steep streets. The Sierra de Espadán is a large mountain massif with innumerable fountains, fresh ravines and lush cork oak forests.
Located between the districts of Alto Mijares, Alto Palancia and La Plana Baixa.
The area declared as a natural park occupies some 31,180 hectares. This fact makes it the largest protected natural area in the province of Castellón and the second largest in the Valencian Community.
Currently it is operated as a charming rural house in the middle of nature and close to the beaches.
The property has 285m2, offers five rooms with their respective bathrooms integrated into each of them, offers a colonial, relaxing and quiet.
Respecting the structure and the original materials, it has been restored in 2005, to turn it into a comfortable place that combines tradition and modernity in beautiful surroundings.

The house is located in the heart of the town, coinciding with the elevated part of it, which offers to the visitor a wonderful view of the environment. Village known for its numerous fountains, its tradition in the production of honeys and the cork of its cork oaks.
Dalt Vila has an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views and a glazed terrace that is used as a dining room, modern kitchen and open concept and living area, there is a bedroom for service and tools. The rooms are large with capacity for 150 cm beds and cold / hot air conditioning.
