Farmhouse of 1.000 m2, surrounded by an enormous plot of 120.000 m2, most of them dedicated to agricole use. It is located in Sierra Mariola, concretely in Alfafara, a small town of Alicante, and so close to Bocairent, a town in Valencia. It is a very calm zone and so close to nature.

The house is divided into 3 floors. The first one is composed of a spacious hall, a kitchen totally equipped, a living room, three bedrooms, and some rooms that can be used like a pantry. In the second one, there is another hall, two living rooms, one more big than the other, an office, seven bedrooms, a kitchen with a big pantry, three bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace that has access from outside too. Finally, the last floor is the attic.
